PsychCentral News for June 2015 features an interesting article entitled “Bad Night’s Sleep Can Lead to Bad Eating” from the Journal of Health Psychology. A new study suggests disruptive sleep is a factor that can lead to excessive food intake and poor food choices.

Upon learning of the recent postponement of Dubuque’s annual suicide prevention/awareness walk, I have once again been reminded that suicide is real and exists in our communities. Online Recovery Support Forums

The Iowa Advocates for Mental Health Recovery is launching Phase 1 of their Online Recovery Support Forums. An Online Internet Forum, or message board, is an online discussion site where people can hold conversations in the form of posted messages.
